Seminar | Fintech | 6 and 7 June 2018
In continuation of our newsletter in February on ‘Blockchain – Commercial & Contractual Concerns’, Gorrissen Federspiel hosts a seminar on FinTech in June in both Copenhagen and Aarhus.
The purpose of this FinTech seminar is to give the participants an understanding of the connection between FinTech, blockchain technology and data, including personal data.
The seminar focuses on challenges within technology, intellectual property rights and personal data.
Firstly, we will address the legal challenges in connection with ‘smart contracts’ and ownership of data.
Following this, we will briefly outline the General Data Protection Regulation (’GDPR’) in relation to the blockchain technology.
The seminar is relevant for everybody involved with FinTech companies, regardless of whether you develop or buy FinTech products.
The program lasts half a day and will be ending with a light lunch and time to network.
As always, topics and suggestions for future FinTech seminars or workshops are more than welcome.
